Have discovered rear hub play in these hubs after less than 300km. Bike is barely 6 weeks out of packaging. With a massive XC Race in 1 months time. I will be contacting canyon directly for a solution immediately. Rims are fantastic! but the Hubs have a lot to be desired! Having ran other brands, I have never had an issue alike this!
It is alarming to see all these negative reports on the hubs and sadly it has came true for myself.

My Hub is still fine, but reading this makes me worrying if my rear hub may disassemble itself to. Do you provide any fix for the hub? Upgrading the Driver? New Bearings?

First hub failed after a few months, replaced and I was extremely impressed with the service. Then the second hub failed after only 760km...
I am also at a loss here. Loving the rims, have nothing but love and respect for Reynolds products, but this hub is getting the better of me.
And staying in South Africa - makes the warranty process more tricky for both parties.
