Wheels came on a 2020 Canyon Neuron. I have 350 miles on the bike and the ride of the wheels is great, both in look and feel while on the trail. Both wheels are still true but the inner sealed bearings in the freehub body are getting rough. Lately the rear thru axle has been getting loose on the trail. During my last ride I got off and adjusted it every 10 minutes or so and I can't help but wonder if the rough bearing is playing a role in it.
When I 1st took the cassette off to clean it, I was surprised how easily the freehub body came off. It came off by complete accident. Water and dirt is definitely able to make its way to that bearing. The outside of the bearing was dirty and felt rough. Since then I've made it a point to check it periodically.
