Stems have gotten expensive. This one is more reasonable, for a quality bit. Made from 7 series aluminum, nicely machined, and light. Wish it came in a 35mm bar option.

Reduced rating from 5 star to 3 star because I was sent an email from Hayes that if I submitted a review they would send a $10 discount for future order but I haven't received the discount, I have sent multiple emails and called but no responses. Poor marketing /customer service strategy. I needed 2x more stems so i purchased from Jenson instead
