You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the need for a return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item) we can assist in sending a prepaid return label to cover the cost of freight. Please notify us of this immediately when contacting the Customer Care Team and supply supporting photos.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your order from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes to process your return (all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt) once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Due to the nature of our business we are unable to process exchanges. So, you will need to return the item as noted above and place a new order for the correct item.
