LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
To the original owner1, Hayes Bicycle Group (HBG) warrants Reynolds carbon rims against manufacturing defects with a limited lifetime warranty. This limited lifetime warranty covers the Reynolds branded carbon rim if damage occurs while riding in normal and intended use. Within the first 2 years of purchase, spokes, nipples, labor, and return shipping will be included when a rebuild is required and when received at the factory or authorized distributor location with a valid proof of purchase, freight prepaid. All other warranty claims not included in this statement are void. This includes assembly costs (for instance by the dealer), which shall not be covered by HBG. After 2 years consumables, spokes, nipples, bearings, labor, and return shipping are excluded. In the event of a non-warranty or non-riding incident, the original owner may qualify to receive crash replacement pricing.
This warranty does not cover any defects or damage caused by alterations or modification of new HBG products or parts or by normal wear, improper maintenance, damages caused by the use of parts of different Manufacturers, improper use or abuse of the product, or failure to follow instructions contained in the applicable instruction manual. Any modifications made by the user will render the warranty null and void. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, and any implied are limited in duration to the same duration as the expressed warranty herein. HBG shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Customers in countries other than USA should contact their dealer or local HBG Distributor.

Reynolds wheels are the best upgrade you can make to your bicycle. We want you to feel the difference and put them to the test. Put the wheels on your own bike and ride your favorite roads or trails to experience the superior ride and craftsmanship of Reynolds wheels— all without worry. We are sure you’ll love your Reynolds wheels, but if for some reason you are not happy return your wheels within 30 days. It’s that simple.2

Reynolds 30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee FAQ’s
1. Does the 30-day satisfaction guarantee apply to all Reynolds wheels?
Yes, the guarantee includes all aftermarket Reynolds Wheel Systems purchased from an Authorized Reynolds Dealer, ReynoldsCycling.com, or hayesbicycle.com sold after September 1, 2017.
2. What are the guidelines of the program?
The wheels can be returned within the first 30-days provided that the wheels have not been damaged (i.e. crashed, broken, smashed, etc.), abused, or altered in any way.
3. Where do I return my wheels?
If you decide to return your wheels, you will need to return your wheels to the company you purchased them from within 30-days.
4. What is the return process if I purchased wheels from ReynoldsCycling.com or hayesbicycle.com?
You can return wheels purchased through hayesbicycle.com anytime up to 30 days from purchase. Visit hayesbicycle.com and choose the support page to submit a request. You will receive an RA number. The wheels will be shipped back to Reynolds Cycling for a full refund of the purchase price (expedited shipping will not be refunded). Please allow 7-10 business days once the wheels arrive at Reynolds for your refund to be posted to your credit card.
5. What is the return process if I purchase wheels from my local shop?
You can return your wheels within 30 days with receipt and proof of product registration to the bike shop you originally purchased the wheels; they will provide your refund. The shop will handle sending the wheels back to Reynolds Cycling.
6. Who is responsible for return shipping to Hayes Bicycle Group?
The customer is responsible for the return shipping.
7. Do I need to ship the wheels in the original packaging?
Yes, original packaging is required to keep the wheels safe during shipping.
8. Do I need to include all of the accessories that came with the wheels?
Yes, all original wheel accessories must be returned with the wheels (i.e. skewers, endcaps, valves, etc.) to receive a full refund. If any parts are missing, the refunded amount will reflect the subtraction of missing accessories charged at full retail price.
9. Is the 30-day satisfaction guarantee available outside of the US & Canada?
At this time, the guarantee is only available to customers in the US & Canada.
