We offer FREE shipping to the United States on orders over $100.

We service North America only. 

• We gladly service US citizens through APO/FPO addresses.
• If shipping to a PO Box, Standard USPS Shipping must be selected.
• Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday, excluding holidays.
• Orders received by 12pm Central Standard Time ship the same business day (excluding Canadian orders, see below).
• Free shipping offers in the Lower 48 US States is based on the items in your cart and your cart's subtotal.
• We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days in North America.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@hayesbicycle.zendesk.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Orders placed after 12pm Central Standard Time (CST) will ship on the following business day. We ship orders Monday-Friday from our warehouse in Wisconsin.

 

Overnight & Expedited Shipping Terms

Overnight shipping is only available in the Continental United States and is not guaranteed to be delivered the next business day. Hayes Performance Systems is not responsible for deliveries that do not arrive overnight*. Overnight orders placed on Friday afternoon could be processed the following business day based on the cutoff time defined above.
