I order this freehub because I was told that it would work for my AR41 wheel with Campy super record 11s. It turns out that the cassette does not fit, it can only fit 9 cogs! When I emailed the rep, I was told that it was the right freehub and it should've worked. He then offered me a link to order an adapter for the freehub. I was rather disappointed to hear that this was the solution! i didn't want to spend more money on an adapter that didn't look like it would work and risk of wasting more money. Why doesn't Reynolds/Hayes provide parts for their wheels regardless of being rim brake or not they should have parts available customers that buy their products. I've been a long time customer of Reynolds wheels and Hayes for parts. I am now looking into finding a new branded set of wheels because I can't seem to order a simple and common part for my Reynolds wheels! Unfortunately, I probably would no longer recommend Reynolds brand to my circle of riding friends.

The world of XDR's can be tricky. Hayes bicycle helped me get the part I needed with great customer service.
Called to make sure it would work with my rims.. he took me to the free hub and then walked me thru the checkout process.. was very knowledgeable and helpful.. shipping was faster than expected as well..
