Got this because my wheels came with xdr hub. Fits perfect and sounds great freewheeling.

I had an AR-41 12sp AXS wheel that I wanted to move over to my 11 speed gravel bike. I was confused on what to order, but a quick call to Hayes got me on track straight away. Answered on the first ring, very nice and patient with my questions. The freehub arrived and installed quite easily. For a neophyte like me, I could have used an exploded view diagram to make sure I was installing with proper spacer/seal configuration. But I managed to get it together (I think) correctly. Upon first spin of my newly mounted 11 speed 4-pawl freehub, it seemed to drag when compared to the same wheel with the AXS freehub, which was a 3 pawl design. After a quick ride, things seemed to loosen up and I think its going to be fine. Maybe it was the fresh grease or 4 pawl vs 3 pawl design - not sure. I will update if anything else turns up.

Installed a new TR FHB on my new TR-S wheels. Had some concerns since the stock FHB was a six pawl unit and the new one was four pawl. Seems to engage fine and works well with my new wheels.
